Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Wound Care Nurse
Shift:
Part‑Time | Weekends, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location:
Irvington, NJ
Salary:
$35 – $36 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert wound care, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress.
Accurately complete admissions paperwork and maintain thorough, timely documentation.
Support and guide residents and their families with wound care knowledge and best practices.
Administer wound‑related treatments and medications while following infection‑control protocols.
Uphold HIPAA and facility care standards at all times.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
Previous wound care experience preferred.
Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.
