Position Details Pay Range:

$29.00–$33.00/hr (based on licensure, experience & education)

Shift Differential:

+$3.00/hr for overnights

Schedule:

Full-Time, 12-hour shifts (3 days/week) with every other weekend off

Sign on Bonus:

Full-Time Overnights - $5,000

What You’ll Do

Complete nursing intake assessments, triage clients, and assist with detox treatment plans

Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status

Administer medications, vaccines, and necessary treatments

Process labs and communicate results

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Respond to medical concerns or emergencies with confidence and compassion

Support clients emotionally and clinically through detox and stabilization

Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team

Communicate with families when appropriate and provide education

Coordinate with hospitals during transfers, including nurse-to-nurse communication

Maintain medical supply inventory

Participate in trainings and staff meetings

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You’ll Bring

Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to stay calm and organized during fast-paced moments

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

Compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help people

Experience with SUD/MH is great but not required. We’ll train you!
