Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN Overnights $3 Shift Diff.) – $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Join Lincoln Recovery as a Licensed Practical Nurse working overnight shifts. This full‑time role offers a base pay range of
$29.00/hr – $33.00/hr , a $3.00/hr shift differential for overnights, and a full‑time $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, three days per week, with every other weekend off.
What You’ll Do
Complete nursing intake assessments, triage clients, and assist with detox treatment plans.
Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status.
Administer medications, vaccines, and necessary treatments.
Process labs and communicate results.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Respond to medical concerns or emergencies with confidence and compassion.
Support clients emotionally and clinically through detox and stabilization.
Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team.
Communicate with families when appropriate and provide education.
Coordinate with hospitals during transfers, including nurse‑to‑nurse communication.
Maintain medical supply inventory.
Participate in trainings and staff meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
What You’ll Bring
Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to stay calm and organized during fast‑paced moments.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help people.
Experience with SUD/MH is great but not required; training will be provided.
