Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator)
Location: Glendale, AZ
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
Employment Type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team, fostering a positive environment and teamwork.
Manage the overall operations and performance of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and supply ordering.
Oversee financial management, ensuring adherence to budget, compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
Serve as the clinic’s front‑line leader, addressing patient and employee concerns and aligning with regional goals.
Promote the company’s culture and values, rewarding staff who demonstrate shared beliefs and behaviors.
Collaborate with Regional Operations Director and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state (if applicable).
Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work daily with clinical and financial teams.
