As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Patients come first: build and nurture relationships with patients while continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Lead a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
Financial management: manage clinic operations and performance, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
Autonomy: run your clinic with support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the wider company.
Culture & growth: align with our core values, rewarding those who demonstrate shared beliefs and behaviors.
Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and achieve regional goals.

Requirements
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
Current CPR certification (or required within 60 days of hire).
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Collaboration with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
