About the Role
Golden Years Home Care is hiring HCA-certified caregivers to provide compassionate in‑home care for seniors in San Diego County.
Your Role
Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes.
Tailor activities to client interests for meaningful engagement.
Job Requirements
18 years or older.
At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fully vaccinated or eligible for an exemption.
Current TB test or clear X‑ray.
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
Responsibilities
Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
Shopping, errands, companionship.
Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
Benefits
$100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.
Competitive pay ($18‑$20 per hour).
Bonuses for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts.
Flexible schedules.
Schedule
Full‑time, part‑time, on‑call, and weekend shifts available.
