Awarded "Best Senior Living, 2024 & 2025" by U.S. News & World Report, Las Ventanas at Summerlin, a HumanGood community highly regarded for its quality of care in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, is seeking an experienced and skilled Assisted Living Manager for its leadership team.

Key responsibilities of the position include, but may not be limited to:

Hiring/training associates, planning and assigning their work, and appraising and rewarding their performance

Assisting with marketing the accommodations and services to prospective residents

Developing and implementing activities and support programs

Ensuring adequate staff and work schedules

Participating in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition

Assisting in the development of the Resident Services Plan

Participating in regular resident and family meetings

Performing other essential duties as required

Annual Salary: $64,000 to $75,000 (DOE)

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience working in health care, senior living, or strong service environment; or any equivalent combination of education and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in a health care, social science, or business discipline

Current LPN or RN license in the State of Nevada
