Assisted Living Manager - RN/LPN

at HumanGood HumanGood, a highly regarded senior living community, is seeking an experienced and skilled Assisted Living Manager for its leadership team. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality care, coordinating resident services, and supporting the overall mission of providing exceptional care and quality of life for residents. Key responsibilities of the position include, but may not be limited to:

Hiring, training, planning, and assigning associates; appraising and rewarding their performance. Assisting with marketing the accommodations and services to prospective residents. Developing and implementing activities and support programs. Ensuring adequate staff and work schedules. Participating in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Assisting in the development of the Resident Services Plan. Participating in regular resident and family meetings. Performing other essential duties as required. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience working in health care, senior living, or a strong service environment; or an equivalent combination of education and training. Bachelor’s Degree in health care, social science, or business discipline. Current LPN or RN license in the State of Nevada. Annual Salary
