Work Shift 12 Hour Days (United States of America)

Job Description Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire

Minimum One year of nursing experience required

Regional Critical Access Hospitals: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care.

Critical Care: ACLS

Emergency Department: ACLS, PALS

Family Birthing Center: NRP and Fetal Monitoring

Operating Room: ACLS

Regional Non-Critical Access Hospital: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care.

Critical Care: ACLS

Emergency Department: PALS (PRMC), ACLS, TNCC, ENPC (Espanola

Family Birthing Center: NRP, STABLE

Operating Room / Day Surgery: ACLS
