Day in the Life
Provide comprehensive care for residents, monitoring condition and administering medications per physician orders, ensuring narcotic policies, and monitoring side effects.
Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure that resident care plans are followed.
Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report injuries, maintain confidentiality, and follow HIPAA and facility policies.
Deliver customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Georgia RN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Preferred experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing
Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, team player, and good communication skills
Work Schedule 12‑hour shifts: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Pay Range $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr
