Base pay:
$45.00/hr

A Day in the Life As an RN, you will provide total care for residents: monitor conditions, administer medications, follow physician orders, oversee NAR staff, maintain documentation, enforce narcotic policies, and handle communication with families and staff while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Monitor resident conditions and needs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Follow narcotic policies, monitor for side effects.
Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
Complete documentation, including admissions and discharges.
Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
Georgia RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Employment 12‑hour shifts, 7 pm–7 am, contract position.
