Registered Nurse (RN) – El Dorado Care and Rehabilitation (Full‑time Dayshift 6 a.m.–6 p.m.)

Pay Base pay:
$35.00/hr – $38.50/hr
An additional $5,000 sign‑on bonus is available to full‑time employees.
Job Summary This full‑time healthcare position works 12‑hour shifts on the day shift (6 a.m.–6 p.m.) at El Dorado Care and Rehab in El Dorado, KS. Responsibilities
Provide total care for residents, including monitoring condition and needs.
Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensuring narcotic policies are observed.
Monitor for side effects and report changes in residents' conditions.
Oversee nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff to ensure care plans are followed.
Complete documentation, including admission, discharge, and incident reports for bruises, skin tears, or other concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
