About the Role As an Intensive Outpatient IOP Therapist, you will provide high-quality clinical, operational, and administrative services in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy; participating in treatment planning, discharge and aftercare coordination; maintaining ongoing communication with patients, families, and referral sources in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2; collaborating with the interdisciplinary team; completing timely and accurate clinical documentation and assessments; supporting vital sign and UDS collection; assisting with care coordination; and responding effectively to crises to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Current clinical or social work license as required by the state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire.
