Base pay range:
$72,000.00/yr - $86,000.00/yr
Responsibilities The
Inpatient Therapist
is a licensed mental health professional responsible for providing high‑quality clinical services within an inpatient behavioral health setting. This position focuses on delivering individual, group, and family therapy to patients experiencing psychological, emotional, or substance‑use issues. The therapist actively participates in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities also include documentation, communication with families and referral sources, coordination of discharge planning and aftercare, upholding confidentiality standards and complying with all clinical, legal, and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA, TJC, and state‑specific requirements.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent (required).
Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
CPR and de‑escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
May consider non‑licensed candidates working toward their license and receiving appropriate direct supervision (recognized by the board as a qualified supervisor for LMHC candidate).
