Responsibilities
Communicate with physicians, CCO, and coworkers regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision
Provide care for respiratory failure (ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, BIPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation and pain management, pressor management, cardiac and anti-arrhythmic management, long-term IV antibiotics, and chronic wound care (wound vacs, dressing changes)
Deliver direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting
Compensation & Benefits • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus* for Full Time RN for All Shifts with ICU/Step-down experience (requires a 2-year minimum commitment)
• Shift differentials paid for all night and weekend shifts

Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
ICU, Critical Care, or Step-Down experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Ability to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing
