We are offering a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus* for a full‑time Registered Nurse, RN for nights, with ICU/Step‑down experience. Responsibilities and Patient Care: Communicate with physicians, CCO/co‑workers about changes in patient clinical condition, diagnostic study results and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long‑term acute care setting. Care for respiratory failure patients requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap and nasal cannula; manage sedation/pain management, pressor management and cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management. Treat complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics and chronic non‑healing wounds requiring extensive treatment, wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. Benefits and Compensation: $15,000 sign‑on bonus or tuition reimbursement under a 2‑year minimum commitment. Shift differentials paid for all night and weekend shifts. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse Licensure for the State of New Mexico. Acute care experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
