Clinical Supervisor

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our Pine Street outpatient clinic in Springfield, MA. This position plays a central role in supporting high-quality care within an outpatient community behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight of daily operations, and clinical guidance to master’s-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns.
Deliver regular clinical supervision and ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements.
Administrative functions including chart reviews, documentation oversight, data reporting, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
Collaborate across disciplines and service lines to ensure coordinated, client‑centered care.
Qualifications
Degree in behavioral health.
Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC) or LICSW or LMFT.
Supervisory experience and understanding of evidence‑based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.).
Compensation:
Starting at $75,000 per year. Pay rate will commensurate with experience.
