Position Overview
The Center for Human Development (CHD), West Springfield’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic is hiring part‑time and full‑time clinicians to join our integrated care team. Responsibilities
Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy to child and adult populations using evidence‑based practices. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, recovery coaches, and the medical team. Demonstrate compassion, strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Benefits

Licensed in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. Competitive starting pay range $52,000–$65,000, dependent on relative experience. Competitive fee‑for‑services rates $37.00–$42.00 per billable hour, dependent on relative experience. Qualifications
Preferred Masters of Science or higher. CHD is a PSLF qualifier! And much more.
