Recruiter & HR Coordinator
to join our growing team! The applicant must have strong full life cycle recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate will be organized, self-directed and have outstanding communication skills. Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a highly collaborative corporate culture is a must. Candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado.
NOTE
Only people currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.
Salary / Benefits Package:
Compensation range of $60-90k per year. Dependent on Experience & Skills.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting – Manage the end-to-end recruiting process – including Ad placement; Source & recruit talent; Interviewing – over phone, via Zoom and in-person; Manage interview process and follow up activities; Reference checks
HR Administration – Assist with onboarding, offboarding and HR checklists; Personnel files; Employee questions and associated tasks
Job Requirements:
3+ years of sourcing, direct recruiting and developing both active and passive candidate relationships.
Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and have strong communication and organization skills.
Candidates who are determined, goal-oriented, and have strong recruiting and customer relationship skills will do best in the role.
Computer proficiency.
Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.
