E.A. Buck is a fast-growing wealth management company that’s headquartered in Denver. We’re seeking an experienced
Financial Advisor Recruiter
to join our growing team! This role is essential to our firm’s M&A growth strategy by sourcing, qualifying, and managing Financial Advisor candidates through a full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate is self-directed, organized, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills. Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative corporate culture is a must. Candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado.
NOTE:
Only people currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.
Salary / Benefits Package:
Base salary of $100k+, with unlimited upside potential. Base comp dependent on Experience & Skills.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Pipeline Management – Proactively source and recruit Financial Advisors via LinkedIn, outbound calls and drip campaigns; Maintain strong recruiting pipeline; Qualify candidates for culture and client/book-of-business fit; Manage external recruiting partners
Interview & Administrative – Conduct interviews & and guide candidates through recruitment process; Communicate E.A. Buck’s value proposition; Maintain CRM notes & recruiting data
Job Requirements:
3+ years of sourcing, direct recruiting and developing both active and passive candidate relationships.
Minimum 1+ year recruiting Financial Advisors.
2+ years of financial industry experience preferred; FINRA 7 or 65 (active or inactive) is a plus.
Candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and have strong communication and organization skills.
Candidates who are determined, goal-oriented, and have strong recruiting and customer relationship skills will do best in the role.
Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.
