The Inventory Analyst safeguards inventory accuracy, optimizes stock availability, and supports the smooth flow of product through both the ERP system and the physical supply chain. This role serves as a key partner to Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and warehouse teams by maintaining clean item data, performing regular reconciliations, analyzing stock trends, and providing actionable insights. The Inventory Analyst ensures that inventory records reflect reality, identifies operational risks early, and supports continuous improvements across systems and processes.The person in this role maintains the item master, manages system-driven inventory movement, prepares and interprets reporting, and supports production and purchasing teams with reliable data. Manages stock allocation and leads regular inventory audits and reconciliations, identifying variances between system records and physical counts and driving corrective action. Conducts daily fulfillment and order-release validations to ensure outbound shipment data aligns with system inventory. Oversees return workflows by reviewing daily RMA activity, partnering with the 3PL and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to strengthen return-related processes and integrations. Processes inventory receipts and executes transfers in NetSuite to maintain accurate stock distribution across locations based on forecasted demand. Owns the creation and maintenance of all item data, including UPCs, labels, SKU lists, and warehouse setup, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems. Maintains and enhances inventory dashboards within NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and recommends improvements based on user needs and business priorities. Prepares the inventory flow sheet at least three times per week, identifies outliers in preseason booking data, and partners with Customer Service to resolve issues. Monitors stock levels and highlights opportunities related to end-of-lifecycle inventory, including web and dealer promotional strategies. Leverages business intelligence tools (NSAW) to analyze stock position, turnover, and aging; prepares and presents inventory insights and KPI reporting to cross-functional partners. Supports the Demand Planner by providing data and reporting needed to prepare factory buys; participates in monthly buy meetings. Participates in monthly warehouse calls, quarterly freight-forwarder calls, and other third-party meetings as the subject matter expert for inventory flow and data readiness. Monitors the release of standard dealer orders to ensure alignment with available-to-sell inventory and release strategies; escalates discrepancies and recommends adjustments. Processes shipping documentation for non-EDI accounts and collaborates with Customer Service to maintain accurate routing requirements. Stewards communication within the Operations inbox by triaging inquiries, routing tasks to appropriate team members, and ensuring timely follow-up on inventory-related issues and data requests. Required Skills and Competencies:

Advanced Excel capability, including vlookups, pivot tables, and common data-analysis functions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in retail math, and the ability to translate data into clear communication for peers, cross-functional partners, and executives. Meticulous attention to detail and systems accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory-focused role. 1 year of experience working in a common ERP system such as NetSuite (preferred), SAP, or Sage. Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of direct NetSuite experience. 1+ years of experience using a BI tool such as NSAW (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau. Prior experience as an Inventory Analyst/Analyst or similar role with responsibility for data accuracy and system-based inventory management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior work experience. Compensation:

The estimated hiring pay range for this position is $63,000 to $79,000. The successful candidate’s actual pay rate offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidate’s location, and other organizational needs. The estimated hiring pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and/or retirement benefits, unless required by law.
