RN Supervisor

Location: Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Job type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Shift Times
Saturday–Sunday
7 AM–3 PM (PT)
3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM (FT)
Salary $38–$60 per hour.
Responsibilities
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting
No previous supervisor experience needed, we will train you
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
Preferred 3–5 years of experience as an RN Supervisor
