Join Continuum Rehab Group as a Physical Therapist in Florissant, MO. This role supports in‑house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri.
Pay and Benefits Base pay:
$52.00/hr – $58.00/hr . Compensated based on skills and experience.
Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience.

Experience and Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited university.
Valid (or in process) license in the appropriate state.
Open to therapists at all experience levels.
Responsibilities
Utilizes evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
