Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Fremontburg, VA

Responsibilities
Administer/deliver methadone or buprenorphine in accordance with Virginia state and federal regulations.
Schedule appointments for psychological testing, medical providers, dental and eye care.
Maintain and update all client medical records and documentation.
Assist with transportation of clients to necessary appointments.
Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
Manage medical charts for both non-prescribed and prescription medications.
Assist in purchasing medical supplies.
Monitor detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment.
Comfortable working independently with the population when needed.
Compliance with MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) program protocols.
