About the Role
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care. Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information. Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients’ progress. Job Details
