Position Overview As a
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments according to professional standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and counsel patients/families
Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies and regulatory standards
Participate in quality assessment, program development, and safety initiatives
Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensure: Current Florida PTA license
Certification: Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Experience: No prior experience required
