Physical Therapist (Weekend Option) –Inpatient Rehab (Orthopedic/Spinal Cord) Location: Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute, 1300 Hempel Avenue, Ocoee, FL 34765 Status: Full-Time | Schedule: Weekend Option

Our expert team helps patients recover from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and other complex conditions that impact independence and quality of life.
Position Overview As a Physical Therapist, you will provide services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities for patients with injuries or disease. You will work closely with patients to promote fitness and wellness for healthier, more active lifestyles. This position supplements weekend staffing.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Integrate treatment plans with continuum of care and set measurable goals.
Demonstrate competency in equipment use and safety precautions.
Re-evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and billing.
Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies and State Practice Act.
Qualifications Education & Licensure
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an approved physical therapy program.
Current Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable).
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
Experience None required.
