Adoration Home Health and Hospice offers this private‑duty LPN position in Lexington, TN. The role is part‑time and focuses on 1:1 patient‑centered care.
Location:
Brownsville, TN (Coverage area: Lexington, TN).
Schedule:
Part‑time; every other Saturday/Sunday 6:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care for client following the client’s plan of care, maintaining dignity and independence.
Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assessments of results.
Accurately document nursing actions of all care given, communicate with family, case manager, and physicians, and document progress and outcomes for established goals; inform physicians, case managers, and families of changes in client’s medical condition and needs.
Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
Qualifications
LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
CPR professional certification.
1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
Home Health care experience preferred.
