Position
Second Shift Nurse RN/LPN – $8000 Sign on Bonus
Compensation & Shift Second Shift 10 PM – 6 AM. Sign on bonus $8000.
Responsibilities
Supervise care services provided by CNAs and other staff.
Coordinate nursing care of residents on unit, ensuring all assigned staff provide appropriate care.
Provide safe and accurate medication related interventions to residents.
Accurately transcribe and coordinate implementation of physician orders.
Perform nursing assessments regarding health status of residents. Notify physician of changes and implement & document new orders.
Develop plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize condition and prevent complications.
Contribute to resident assessment and development of care plan.
Requirements Unrestricted RN or LPN license. Valid CPR certification.
