$7,500 Sign on Bonus SanStone Health & Rehabilitation welcomes qualified candidates for the Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift position.
Compensation and Benefits
Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 (full‑time employment)
New Wage Scale:
Base LPN rate: $30 - $33 + differential
Base RN rate: $35 - $38 + differential
Requirements
Unrestricted RN or LPN license
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Supervise the care and services provided by CNAs and other staff.
Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring assigned staff can deliver appropriate care.
Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions to residents.
Accurately transcribe and coordinate the implementation of physician orders.
Perform nursing assessments of residents’ health status; notify the physician of status changes and promptly implement and document new orders.
Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents’ conditions or prevent complications.
