JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services
division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is
$50,000
to
$75,000
per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
JRI Provides The Training So That
You will provide a variety of community-based services including CBHI services, to children, adolescents and their families. These services include skill coaching, job coaching, life skills training, activity planning, community exploration & integration, behavior management, assessment, treatment planning services, crisis management and case management services.
You will maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
You will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting youth within the community.
You will support the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community based setting allowing youth to become their best selves within the structure of their home communities.

Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
A bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university, accompanied by one (1) year of direct, relevant experience working with youth and families in need of behavioral management for mental health support; or an associate’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution, along with one year of experience with the target population.
Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background.
Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds, encompassing different racial, ethnic, linguistic, religious, and sexual orientation identities.
Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participating in an on-call schedule.
Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
