Overview
Experienced Automotive Finance Manager needed in the Saco, ME market. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting and will have a proven track record of good grosses with clean paperwork. This is a great opportunity for a strong Finance Manager that knows how to produce and wants a true work-life balance as the dealership offers a great schedule and no Sundays! It is important that the F&I Manager hired is reliable, honest, and a team player. This person will be the only Finance Manager in the dealership so they will have a ton of earning potential. Clean paperwork is a must!
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Explore payment options and determines desire/need for automobile financing by interviewing customer
Confirms automobile sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customer; ensuring understanding of content
Providing customers with information on financing and leasing options, including rates and terms
Verifies vehicle purchase information by reviewing sales contract data; conferring with sales department; making adjustments as needed
Working with lenders to secure financing options for customers
Negotiating financing deals with customers
Processing finance applications and documents
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of financing and leasing regulations and industry trends
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A customer-focused approach and the ability to build relationships with customers and lenders
Compensation and Schedule
Compensation will be in the $140,000 - $220,000 range depending on experience and performance.
5 day work week
Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision
