Line Lead
working in
Golden, CO
you will be part of the
RMMC team . You will manage and improve results necessary to achieve the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and site Master Plan through rigorous application of WCSC 2.0 methods/tools. The Line Lead may have 24‑hour, multiple‑shift accountability for the plan to deliver business results and build the capability of a production line organization. This role is ideally a single line focus (or line pair).
This position reports to General Manager and Plant Mgr.
What You’ll Be Brewing
Most importantly, you will lead a team of 50 talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
Apply robust people‑management practices, creating space for effective coaching and communications.
Build and maintain plans and standards around safety and quality.
Understanding of the supply chain and planning processes.
Ability to build, lead and manage a team (e.g., talent and performance management, feedback and coaching).
Knowledge of health & safety, environmental regulations, and practices.
Ability to lead others through change.
Problem‑solving and prioritization experience (working with data and analytical skills, intermediate Excel skills, problem‑solving tools such as 5 Why, fishbone, etc.).
Effective interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Strong planning & organization skills and strong accountability to deliver results.
3‑5 years of operations supervisory experience.
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
You take accountability for results – acting with
integrity and honoring commitments .
