We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented

Dining Service Director .

Dining Service Director Responsibilities

Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

Assist in the development of the annual Dining operating budget

Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Dining department supplies and food levels, according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

Act as a liaison for all aspects related to Dining Services within the community

Ensure that meals are prepared according to menu and recipes followed, as well as food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner

Dining Service Director Education & Experience

Minimum of 3 years food service and staff management experience

Proven track record in quality, presentation of meals and cost containment

Minimum two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management or food service administration management
