What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and lead a small team, including budget responsibilities and vendor management
Provide strategic input on field monitoring of studies and data collection for complex clinical trials
Develop and deliver technical training on Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory requirements
Oversee clinical trial conduct, including compliance and resolution of data discrepancies
Participate in the development and validation of clinical protocols and case report forms
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with prior field monitoring experience or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
Strong understanding of ISO 14155, FDA, and international regulatory requirements
Proven successful project management leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in cardiology trials
Master’s Degree in a related field
Clinical research certification (ACRP or SoCRA clinical coordinator/CRA certification)
Proficiency in trial management systems (e.g., RAVE, CTMS, Veeva)
Extensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
