Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a small team while overseeing budget responsibilities and external contractors/vendors
Provide input on strategic direction for field monitoring of clinical trials and data collection
Develop and deliver technical training on Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and study protocols
Oversee clinical trial conduct, including compliance monitoring and data management
Identify and evaluate opportunities for clinical process improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with field monitoring experience, quality assurance/control, and regulatory compliance
Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
Strong understanding of clinical study procedures and regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven expertise in managing teams and providing coaching and feedback Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in cardiology trials
Master’s Degree in a related field or clinical research certification (ACRP or SoCRA)
Proficiency in trial management systems (e.g., RAVE, CTMS, Veeva)
Strong understanding of ISO 14155 and FDA regulatory requirements
Proven project management leadership skills
