Base Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr. Part‑time with possibility of full‑time. Onboarding bonus: $1,000.

About the Position ABA Therapist / RBT position providing in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Work under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
Responsibilities
Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety, or social opportunities following patients’ treatment plans.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
Qualifications
RBT Certification is required.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of special education experience.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience.
