MedBridge Healthcare is seeking an experienced RPSGT to work PRN at Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates at Sleep Diagnostic Center in Reston, VA. This position will provide sleep services on an as needed basis during nighttime hours. Competitive hourly rates are available, depending on experience and patient ratio.

MedBridge partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully‑integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long‑term care management of patients with sleep disorders.
Responsibilities
Facilitating tests and collecting data
Preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
Following proper polysomnographic procedures including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
Analyzing (scoring) clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulating final data to be submitted for further review
Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws concerning safety control
Job Requirements
Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Current BCLS certification
Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee is required to use his/her hands to operate office equipment.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
