School-Based Clinical Caseworker

Responsibilities
Provide services to youth in the West Springfield Middle School, increasing connections and resources for at‑risk youth.
Collaborate with a Bachelor's‑level Caseworker to implement therapeutic objectives of treatment plans addressing the youth’s mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs.
Mentor youth on emotion regulation and assist families with their emotional and mental health needs.
Coordinate care with community providers involved in the youth's treatment.
Collaboratively develop service plans with the Bachelor’s caseworker, the youth, family, and school.
Facilitate small groups, access recreational activities, plan and carry out community activities, and provide homework help.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Basic computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am‑4pm.
