This role provides individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most therapy sessions will be conducted in person, we also offer telehealth options for flexibility.
Base pay range $85,500.00/yr – $85,500.00/yr

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
Deliver services to clients in the community; no requirement to go to an office.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.
Advocate for patient access to community resources.
Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Facilitate individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients with a skilled and compassionate professional.
Candidate Requirements
Must reside within the State of Florida.
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Organizational and time allocation skill abilities; flexibility to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.
Self-care techniques to manage work-life balance.
Compassionate, engaging, and strong desire to help others.
Document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
Eligible degrees or majors include Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
Transcript criteria: at least four class codes covering Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamic of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders.
