Scheduling Liaison

for our Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care teams in Albuquerque, NM.

Location 8100 Constitution Plaza NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110-7643

Compensation Base pay: $15.99 per hour – $26.35 per hour. Hours vary by schedule.

Summary Build your career and make a difference. This full‑time position is non‑exempt, day shift, and based at the Presbyterian El Camino site.

Responsibilities Support timely, coordinated, and high‑quality care delivery by managing patient scheduling and clinician resource allocation.

Utilize EMR scheduling applications to schedule patient appointments and validate demographics.

Coordinate scheduling for RDS Home Health and Hospice, including provider block time across sites.

Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines for clinician scheduling and documentation.

Maintain positive relationships with statewide agency personnel, internal and external.

Handle after‑hours/weekend pass‑downs and manage clinician schedules using time and attendance systems.

Produce required reports such as Supervisory Visits and Geographic Team Reports.

Answer agency phone queue, resolve inquiries, and support message routing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Two (2) or more years of clinical experience as a Clinical Scheduler.

Short‑term training in Medical Terminology.

Customer service and scheduling experience.

Advanced computer skills with the Microsoft Office platform.
