Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per physician orders

Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

Document nursing care accurately in the EMR

Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs

Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license - required

Current CPR/BLS certification

Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or rehabilitation preferred
