Arcadia Care is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) on the night shift. The position offers a base pay range of
$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
and a sign‑on bonus of $7,500.
Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high‑quality care in a collaborative, team‑based environment. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.
Essential Duties
Resident assessments
Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes
Supervision of CNAs
Compliance with IDPH/CMS
