Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40‑bed, all‑boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. We provide a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential.
We offer a comprehensive training program, and the role gives you a chance to make a real difference while working in a dynamic environment that encourages growth, learning, and positive change.
Pay:
$58,000–$65,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
What you will do:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students and their families within a juvenile justice setting.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support emotional and behavioral needs.
Offer specialized therapeutic interventions for students who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors.
Maintain trauma‑informed, developmentally appropriate care aligned with best clinical practices.
To be considered you should:
Possess a Master’s Degree and active licensure in mental health in Arkansas (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPE‑I, Ph.D., Psy.D.).
Be at least 21 years of age.
Pass a criminal background check, drug and physical/TB tests, and a child and adult abuse registry search.
Hold a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements of an ROP‑eligible driver.
