Registered Nurse Supervisor , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, ensuring the well‑being of our residents, and supporting their health journey. We are committed to fostering a workplace where our nurses feel appreciated, empowered, and supported.

Schedule: Every other weekend, day shift (7 – 3 p.m.)

Qualifications & Responsibilities
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long‑term care setting is preferred
Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
