Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Qualifications & Responsibilities
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Minimum 2 years of long‑term care or sub‑acute experience preferred
Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient‑care elements
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed
Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
