Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in beautiful Orwigsburg, PA, is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated in‑house therapy team. If you’re passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do
Help residents develop, recover, and maintain the daily living and work skills essential to independence and well‑being.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans that promote safety and engagement in daily activities (ADLs and IADLs).
Teach new strategies to approach tasks and break activities into achievable steps.
Assess home and care environments to recommend adaptive changes and equipment.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers to support ongoing progress.
Track and document progress toward long‑ and short‑term goals.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to provide the best outcomes for every resident.
What You Bring
Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
BS degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of OT principles, evaluation tools, and best practices.
