Clinician
Join us at Devereux Arizona’s 24‑hour Residential Treatment Center on a beautiful 10‑acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale. We serve 52 children from ages 7 to 17 who experience emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The campus includes dormitories, a therapeutic K‑12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services. As a non‑licensed Clinician , you will provide individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments, treatment plans, and all required documentation, and actively participate on the Child and Family Team. Specialty programs include work with sexually trafficked youth, LGBTQ+ youth, youth undergoing hormone replacement therapy, younger populations, adolescents and transition‑aged youth, substance‑abuse treatment, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and more. Our clinical supervisors (LCSW, LPC, LBA) assist with license preparation. Location & Schedule
Salary Range:
$68,000 – $74,800 (Independent level); $63,000 – $69,300 (Associate level); $58,000 – $63,800 (non‑licensed) Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm (with additional hours as needed) Location:

Master’s degree required: Counseling or Social Work preferred; a Master’s in Psychology may be considered with relevant coursework and therapy experience Preferred: One year of clinician experience and ability to pursue licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAAC, LIAC) Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Other Requirements
21 years of age or older (per licensing standards) Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean DMV 36‑month history Drug test within 24 hrs of offer with negative results Pre‑employment physical and job demand assessment (if applicable) Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card with no restrictions, or eligibility to obtain one Availability for 2 weeks of full‑time new‑hire orientation (paid) Compliance & Policies
