Patient ratio of 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends
Every other weekend required
No call responsibilities
Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
Required certification: BLS
Epic charting system experience required
Community hospital experience preferred
Skills required: Isolation Precautions, Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Telemetry, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac
Holiday policy: Work major holidays that fall during assignment period (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day)
Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager or above - charge not accepted)
Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing contract
Full compliance required to start on time
