Eligibility & Certification Requirements
Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or a certificate of completion from an accredited Illinois CNA program. Prior CNA experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high‑standard care. Your duties include: Performing activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents. Observing changes in residents’ condition and reporting observations promptly. Maintaining a safe environment for residents. Participating in the residents’ education regarding health and wellness.
